CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

The Soya is the richest natural source in phytoestrogens like isoflavones type Diadzeína, Genistein and Gliciteína. These substances have a structure similar to that of estrogen and regulate the actions of its receptors on human beings by promoting the expression of its beneficial effects to bone, cardiovascular, nervous system and genital tract. It has been shown in studies to follow for long periods of Japanese women who consume high amounts of soy have less intense symptoms of menopause and lower risk of developing osteoporosis and heart problems. But what astonishes most is that the risk of developing breast cancer (a tumor that is more common in women after menopause) decreases as well as develop, the tumors are usually small, little aggressive and not scattered. The latter effect is due to the fact that unlike estrogen only own shares stimulants, phytoestrogens have modulating action, reducing the excess stimulation that promotes the growth of those tumors.
